Returns & Exchanges

If your order doesn't fit your aesthetic or you've changed your mind, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and secure it to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
